Hi, I'm Ashley.
About 9 years ago, my husband bought me a camera for Christmas and before I knew it, I was a portrait photographer. I am constantly humbled and honored that people ask me to take their photographs. I have a background in Fine Art from Western Michigan University. My day job is working as a Marketing Coordinator for a local non-profit.
I am a mother to 3. It keeps me very busy but also allows me to offer so much grace to other moms I encounter as a family photographer. So please know, when you think everything feels chaotic in your family session, kids are running around and maybe not listening as well as you would hope, I get it and it doesn't phase me one bit! I'd actually prefer your little ones to wander and explore. That's the type of photograph that brings me creative joy. This is my weekend job but it's also my creative release.
